Questions
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. The venue runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Guests sign in with the email they bought their ticket with.
How do I get paid?
Ticket and booth payments go straight to your connected Stripe account. EventTodo keeps a 5% platform fee.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Free tickets don't need payout setup. You only pay the venue rental.
What about in-person guests?
Turn on Hybrid. In-person guests get the same entry code, and you check them in at the door from your dashboard.
Can I cancel?
The rental fee is refundable until 48 hours before start. You control ticket refunds from your dashboard.
