By accessing or using EventTodo ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including party planners, vendors, and venue owners. You must be at least 18 years old to use EventTodo.

EventTodo is a Mutual Discovery Platform that connects Party Planners with event service providers ("Vendors") and event spaces ("Venues") at the moment of decision. Our platform enables venues to surface recommended vendors, and vendors to surface recommended venues—creating a symbiotic ecosystem where quality professionals recommend each other.

We provide AI-powered event planning tools, vendor discovery, video consultations, budget calculators, and communication features to streamline the event planning process.

Important: EventTodo is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any agreement between users and do not provide event services directly. All services are provided by independent third-party vendors and venues.

When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

When using EventTodo, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to event planning
• Respect the intellectual property rights of EventTodo and other users
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with all platform users
• Provide honest and accurate information in all communications

Vendors and venues using EventTodo agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and service descriptions
• Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for your services
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Honor all commitments and agreements made through the platform
• Only upload content you have the legal right to use
• Handle all client payments, contracts, and service delivery directly

Platform Subscriptions (Vendors/Venues):

• Vendors: $129/month (or Founding Partner $1,000/year — save 35% with a 12-month commitment) · Venues: $199/month (or Founding Partner $1,550/year — save 35% with a 12-month commitment). Both include full platform access, lead generation, and mutual discovery features.
• No commissions or booking fees on transactions between users
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds may be provided within 30 days of initial purchase at our discretion

Party Planner Access:

Party Planners use EventTodo completely free of charge, including full access to every planning tool — AI planning, vendor discovery, budget calculators, Party Flow Designer, Day-of Timeline, vendor messaging, contracts, collaboration, unlimited AI chat, and all core event management features. No credit card required.

Advanced planner features that may appear elsewhere under names such as "Pro", "Planning Pro", or "Premium" are included at no cost for all planners during our current promotional period. We may introduce a paid planner tier in the future; if we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice before any planner is charged, and you will never be billed without first providing payment details and expressly opting in.

Vendor & Venue Promotional Pricing:

Vendor and venue rates offered during our beta and launch period — including Founding Partner rates — are promotional and may change when those features become generally available. If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice before the new price takes effect. Any change applies only at the start of your next billing period, never mid-term, and you may cancel before that date to avoid the new rate. Founding Partner rates locked in during an active 12-month commitment remain unchanged for the duration of that term.

Vendor-Client Payments:

All payments between event planners and vendors/venues are made directly between those parties. EventTodo does not process, handle, or guarantee these transactions. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or service quality issues between users.

EventTodo is a neutral platform and does not participate in disputes between party planners and vendors/venues. In the event of a dispute:

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with each other
• Any contracts or agreements are solely between the users involved
• EventTodo may, at our sole discretion, provide limited mediation assistance
• We reserve the right to remove users who repeatedly receive valid complaints

We strongly recommend users document all agreements in writing and perform due diligence before engaging services.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other users
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Posting false reviews or artificially inflating ratings
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Certain EventTodo features may be designated as "Beta" or in development. By using beta features, you acknowledge:

• Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time
• We are not liable for any service interruptions, errors, or data loss during beta
• Promotional pricing during beta may change when features become generally available, with at least 30 days' notice before any new rate applies to your next billing period

EventTodo uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power several platform features, including vendor/venue matching, event planning recommendations, budget estimates, and playlist suggestions.

By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Informational Only: All AI-generated recommendations, suggestions, and outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, endorsements, or guarantees
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results ("hallucinations"). Users must independently verify all AI-generated information before making decisions
• Data Usage for Matching: Your event details, preferences, and interactions are processed by our AI matching engine to connect you with relevant vendors and venues. This data is used solely to improve your experience and is not sold to third parties
• Due Diligence Required: Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting vendors and venues. AI recommendations do not replace professional judgment or personal research
• Limitation of AI Liability: EventTodo shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations or outputs

We continually improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee error-free results. If you encounter an inaccurate AI recommendation, please report it to info@eventtodo.com.

EventTodo provides a platform for connecting party planners with vendors and venues. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of vendor services
• We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service access
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Users engage with vendors and venues at their own risk. We strongly encourage thorough vetting and due diligence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes:

• Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the platform
• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms
