A process for your kind of event
Weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Celebrations of Life, graduations, birthdays and quinceañeras each get their own milestones, day-of run-of-show and pro shortlist — not one generic checklist.

Two new things this month: a planner that drafts your event with you, and a venue you can rent, sell tickets in and hand sponsor booths to local pros — without booking a room.
Part one
Planning shouldn't start with a blank page. Here's what your planner portal does now — all of it live today.
Weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Celebrations of Life, graduations, birthdays and quinceañeras each get their own milestones, day-of run-of-show and pro shortlist — not one generic checklist.
Browse event typesTell us the event type, city and rough budget. Evie drafts the timeline, the task list and the budget split, so you start from something real instead of an empty page.
Build a starter planOne page for the vendors and venues you've saved, a calendar that marks the days you've booked, and your own planner details — each saved card opens that pro's profile.
Open your hubPros can send you a walkthrough room: shared floor plan, notes and video in one call. Look for “Request a walkthrough” when you ask for a quote.
A feed of what local pros are shooting, offering and posting — filtered to your event type and city so it's your kind of party, not everyone's.
See EncoreOne request reaches three matched pros. If nobody answers in 24 hours it goes to three more, and after 72 hours we send you three profiles to try instead.
A team workspace adds shared budgeting, a vendor booking dashboard and roles for owner, admin, member or viewer. Up to three people to start.

Part two
Rent the room, sell the tickets, keep the money. Run it fully online, or mix in an in-person crowd and check them in at the door.
Pick a guest cap and a window. You're booking the venue for that time slot — no room, no deposit, no catering minimum.
Ticket and booth money lands in your own Stripe account and EventTodo keeps 5%. Running a free event? Skip this entirely.
Name and price your ticket types — Free, General, VIP — and publish a public event page with a Get tickets button.
Create booth packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, whatever you call them). Pros buy one, add their logo, offer and link, then staff it live.
Guests move around the floor: the main stage for your broadcast, tables of up to 8 for conversation, and sponsor booths anyone can drop into.
Every ticket carries an entry code. Type it at the door — online or in person — and the guest is marked attended.
What you pay
A rental fee per event day: $49 up to 50 guests, $149 up to 200, $349 up to 500. Refundable until 48 hours before you start.
What you keep
All but 5% of every ticket and booth sale, paid straight through to your own Stripe account. Your dashboard shows sales, earnings and what's still pending.
Who gets in
Only you, people holding a paid ticket, and sponsors who bought a booth. On the main stage, only the host broadcasts — everyone else watches.
Who controls refunds
You do, from your virtual venue dashboard. Guests see your ticket types and prices before they pay.
