We collect information that you provide directly to us when using EventTodo:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register
• Event Data: Event details, preferences, guest lists, and planning information you provide
• Guest & RSVP Data: Organizers may provide invitee names, email addresses and phone numbers. Guests may provide attendance responses, meal preferences, dietary notes, plus-one details and messages, even without an EventTodo account. We use these details to deliver invitations and manage the event; the organizer must have authority to share invitee details. Guest information is available to the event organizer and collaborators they authorize, and to service providers necessary to deliver invitations; it is not placed in public vendor listings. Guests can request access, correction or deletion at info@eventtodo.com, including if they never signed up. We will respond within 30 days, subject to applicable retention obligations.
• Business Information: For vendors/venues: business name, service descriptions, pricing, media uploads
• Payment Data: Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Communications: Messages sent through our platform between users
• Quote Requests: When you request quotes, we share the name, email, optional phone number, event city, event type, date, guest count, budget range, service needed, and any notes you submit with up to three matched local businesses so they can respond. If you request quotes from a particular pro's profile, that pro is the primary recipient of your request. If that pro does not respond within 24 hours, we may share the same details with up to three similar local businesses (of the same service type in the same area) so you still receive responses; these businesses must use the details only to respond to your request and keep them confidential. If you still have no response after 72 hours, we may email you recommendations for other pros you can contact. Recipients never see other businesses' replies, and you are not charged for these requests.
• Usage Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our platform

EventTodo uses your information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our event planning platform
• Connect party planners with qualified vendors and venues
• Process payments and manage subscription billing
• Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Personalize your experience with AI-powered recommendations

• Matching Engine: Your event details, preferences, location, and budget are processed by our AI to match you with compatible vendors and venues. This processing is essential to our core service
• AI Chat & Recommendations: Conversations with our AI event planner are processed to generate personalized suggestions. Chat history may be retained to improve response quality
• Budget & Planning Tools: Data entered into AI-powered calculators and planners is used solely for generating your estimates and is not shared with third parties
• Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated outputs (vendor suggestions, budget estimates, planning advice) may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content
• No Third-Party AI Sharing: Your personal data is not shared with external AI model providers for training purposes

You can request deletion of your AI interaction history at any time by contacting info@eventtodo.com.
